Heritage
The activities at TVOH are quite varied so that on any given day there are fun filled things to do for every resident. Bingo is loved by young and old alike and is scheduled at least twice a week, sometimes more. We always have a good turnout and a great time! Other favorites include exercise, puzzle time, music events, pet visits and various card/game clubs. You can always find a group to play Euchre! There are also one on one and small group activities for the resident that desires them or due to condition, requires more individual attention.
Residents also enjoy out-of-facility activities including games, cookouts, Christmas light car tours, and dining out.
Our activity calendar is prepared by our certified Activity Director, with suggestions and approval coming from the Resident Council. Each month a very large version is framed next to the Country Café, given to each resident and placed in the monthly newsletter, all to ensure your loved one doesn't miss their favorite gathering.
